Below are some tips to help you use the product more easily:

1. Please make sure that your laptop Type C port support display port alt mode and power delivery. All external displays show same content but macOS built-in display has different content in NON-MIRROR MODE.

2. The TOTU Docking Station relies on new functionality of the USB 3.1 Gen2 Type-C and as such is incompatible with USB 3.0/2.0 Type-A systems. 

3. If it doesn't output the video signal,Please make sure the signal input source of your monitor has been switched to HDMI or DP. Warm tips: Our hub does not support VGA to HDMI or VGA to DP, DVI to HDMI or DVI to DP cables to connect to the monitor.

4. Plug in this USB C Docking Station sometimes will switch the default Audio output device to Docking Station, which means your laptop speakers will not work anymore. To make your laptop speaker work, please check in your laptop OS setting the audio output device.

5.If the Ethernet port doesn't work, please check if your ethernet cable and your home network are in good condition. Please make sure you have turned off Wi-fi mode when you use a wired network.
