Press the Mail or Message key from your phone. you will be prompted for your password.

(if you misdial your password 3 times you will be locked out and will need to call me at x4830 to unlock your voicemail)

On your first time entering voicemail you will be prompted to change your greeting, password and say your name for directory.

When you have been in your voicemail and need to change greetings, press the 8 key , you will then be in user options, listen to the options you need-Greetings-Password- Directory name.
