How To Upload a Photo for an Employee or Student ID Badge

Select "ID/Print Badge Support" in the Category drop-down list

Enter your request for an Employee or Student Badge and attach a recent photo - please no sunglasses, hats or photo filters.

Please be aware that certain cellphone photos, such as Apple iPhones, save photos in an .HEIC format, which the ID software cannot read.
If you have this issue, try saving the photo to your computer and then attach the photo again.
.jpg and .png are the only acceptable file formats for photo upload.

Here are some photo guidelines:
1.) Submit a recent color photo.
2.) No sunglasses, hoodies, or hats.
3.) No social media filters.

4.) The photo file size cannot exceed 10.6MB.
