JAAS passwords expire every 120 days.  For J1 Desktop password changes, you must login thru the JAAS webclient via a web browser.
How to login to JAAS remoteApps using a web browser:

  1. Launch Chrome or preferred web browser.
  2. Click on this link:  https://skcapps.jenzabarcloud.com/RDWeb/webclient/
  3. It will prompt for your Username and Password;  use your current JAAS RemoteApp login credentials.  Reminder that the prefix SKC\ is required and that the slash is a back-slash. ie SKC\empxxxxx and current pw
  4. You will get a message the password is expired – click on the change password message; it will then prompt for domain\username and old password and new password.
  5. Once your password is reset, you can continue to use the webclient or use the JAAS remoteApp client.
