Brightspace has a mobile application that you can use on Android or IOS devices such as an iPad, tablet, or phone. The application is called Brightspace Pulse.
Always ensure that Brightspace Pulse and your device’s software are up to date to reduce the chances of problems with Brightspace.
If your application and device are up to date and you are still having issues, you can chat with Brightspace support by going to the Brighspace home page, clicking on Brightspace resources, and then clicking on Chat with Chat Brightspace support 24/7.
On the next page, you must click on the chat with support button on the bottom right of the page and then fill out some basic information about you to help the support team better.
